The Juneteenth Emancipation Program focuses on giving honor and recognition to the men and women who have served and who are currently serving in the armed forces of our country fighting for and protecting our freedom. 
 
There is a change to the day and time of this year's  Emancipation Program.  The day has moved to Saturday and the time has moved to 10:00 a.m.  The program will begin on Lincoln University's Campus at the Soldiers Memorial Plaza , with a brief remembrance ceremony to include Laying of the Wreath.  The program will continue with the "Freedom Motorcade Parade" from the Soldiers Memorial Plaza" to the Ellis Porter Riverside Park.

The public is invited to experience this act of remembrance, recognition, and honor.

This program is free and open to the public.
